Generaly if the high side pressure access port is leaking its because the schrader valve has debris under the sealing seat or the valve pin itself is bent and not seating properly you can remedy this by swapping out the schrader valve its cheap and only requires a tire valve tool to extract it remember not to over tighten it as this will cause the same problem.
